“This site is something that was really missing. The roles are updated often, and the selection is specific and narrowed down, which is a big plus.”

Filip Gorgolewski

Filip Gorgolewski. Started at HSBC, then Revolut and Berlin fintechs. 8 years at startups: I ran interviews, gave feedback and decided whom to hire for my teams. I pick every role on this board myself, from the hiring systems of 500+ startups in my database of 4,800, and every Friday I write to 2,600+ people. So you don't scroll LinkedIn for 3 hours.

FAQ

Questions I get.

Where are these jobs based? Remote OK? +
You see every European role straight away. Narrow it down in Filters: country, work mode, required language and level. No UK: post-Brexit most companies don’t sponsor visas.
Do I need to speak English? +
~80% require working English. The rest are local-language ops/support roles. Always specified in the listing.
How often do you refresh? +
Every Thursday, 10-20 new roles. Each listing lives 60 days, then drops off — you never scroll last month’s list. Friday morning the 5 strongest land in your inbox.
How much does it cost? +
Zero. Subscription is free and stays free. Companies pay (listings from €89 and hiring), not readers. The newsletter itself has no ads.
What if no role fits this week? +
No two weeks are the same: 10-20 new roles every Thursday, the 5 strongest in Friday’s email. And if you want a list for your profile rather than for 2,600 people — order SCAN: role, country or remote, years of experience. Within 24 h you get live roles for your profile, usually 20–50, mostly ones that aren’t on the board. €39, fewer than 10 roles = money back.
How is this different from LinkedIn / AngelList / Wellfound? +
LinkedIn = an algorithm and lots of developer roles. AngelList/Wellfound = mostly engineering. Here: hand-picked non-IT roles at real startups (from small startups to larger tech companies), Poland, remote and DACH first. Different segment. Detailed comparisons: LinkedIn, Pracuj.pl, startup.jobs, Wellfound →
I have 2 years of experience. Is this for me? +
Yes — most roles are 1-5 years: Founders Associate, ops, customer success, marketing. Head / Director roles say so in the title. Use the Level filter, and the comment on each listing tells you who it’s for.
I can’t be bothered to browse. Is there another way? +
There is. At checkout you fill in three fields (role and years of experience, languages, city or remote), and I browse for you. I search the hiring systems of 500+ startups from my own database of 4,800, plus Polish career pages; 8 years at startups, where I ran hiring for my own teams. The board shows ~140 roles; the 500+ startups I track have over 2,000 non-tech roles open this week. Within 24 h you get the ones for your profile: the 5 best with reasons and the rest in groups, usually 20–50, with links straight into the application forms. €39. If I can’t find at least 10, money back. Order a scan · €39 →
Listings come from publicly available career pages and applicant tracking systems. The short descriptions are mine — I don't copy employers' ad copy. For most roles you apply directly with the employer. For roles marked “Hiring via WUS” your CV comes to me and I pass it only to that company, with your consent. I never charge candidates for a referral. Are you an employer who wants a listing removed? Email me — I remove it, no questions asked.
