Anthropic (large company, maker of the Claude AI models) is hiring in Munich to look after large customers in German-speaking markets; German and English required (6+ years in customer-facing roles).

What you'll do

  • Build strategic partnerships with key DACH customers, understand their business goals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Master Anthropic's product suite (API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code) and advise customers on the best fit for their needs
  • Track customer usage patterns, spot underutilization, and support growth in both consumption and seat-based models
  • Design and execute adoption strategies within customer organizations, run quarterly business reviews and training programs

What they look for

  • 6+ years in customer success, consulting, solutions architecture or related roles, based in the DACH region
  • Fluent German and English
  • Ability to articulate AI/ML topics, work with API integrations and understand software deployment patterns
  • Experience with both consumption-based and seat-based business model dynamics
