If you send out your CV and hear nothing back, it is rarely about missing experience. More often, after the first seven-second skim, nobody can tell what you are good at. It doesn’t matter whether a startup founder, a recruiter or a hiring manager is reading.
You get your CV rewritten in English for one role: duties become results with numbers, sections go in the order that shows your strengths, and everything that doesn’t help gets cut. Every change comes with a comment explaining why. You get an editable Google Doc and a PDF ready to send, within 48 hours.

Before: “Responsible for customer service and order processing.”
After: “Handled 60–80 customers a day and sent the manager a daily report for 14 months, zero cash discrepancies.”
Before: “Excellent communicator, creative, team player, works well under pressure.”
After: the list is gone. Instead of the word “communicator”, one example with a number: “ran 15 customer calls a day, 0 complaints in the quarter”. The example proves the trait, the word doesn’t.
Before: two columns, a photo, skill bars with dots, a long data-processing clause.
After: one column, plain headings, “English C1, Excel: pivot tables”. A CV like this reads well in any hiring system and on a phone.
The examples show the method. The numbers in your CV will be yours; if your current CV has none, you get a comment saying “add a number here”, never a made-up value.
A link to your current CV, the role it should be written for and, if you have them, links to 1–3 job ads. All in the checkout form, no back-and-forth emails. Right after payment you get an email confirming the deadline.
An editable Google Doc with a comment on every change, and a PDF ready to send. In English, for that role, on one page.
Reply with your notes within 7 days and I make the changes at no extra cost. See no difference between the old and the new CV? You get your money back.
Filip Gorgolewski. Corporate first (HSBC), then more than 7 years in startups and fintech (Revolut, Finoa, re:cap). I ran interviews, gave feedback and decided whom to hire for my teams. I run a board of non-tech roles at European startups and the What’s Up Startup newsletter, so every week I read job ads and see what they look for in a CV.
What I don’t promise: a job. What I promise: a CV that, after seven seconds, makes it clear who you are and what you can do.
This is how I write bullets with numbers: a filled-in CV of a recent graduate with a shop job, an internship and side projects. Every section has a hint on what to write and how.
