What you'll do
- Support preparation and execution of leadership meetings, ensuring alignment and clear follow-through on decisions
- Analyze data and create dashboards that help leaders make better decisions
- Drive strategic projects from conception to completion, coordinating teams across the organization
- Help design organizational structures and operating processes as the company scales globally

- Minimum 1 year working in a rapidly growing environment (startups, strategy, consulting, investment banking)
- Fluent English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Ability to build analyses, models, and presentations using Excel or presentation tools
