What's Up Startup is a job board and a Friday newsletter for people who want to work at a startup, but not as engineers: sales, customer success, operations, marketing, finance, HR. Poland first, plus Germany and remote roles across the EU.

The roles come from my own database of 6,700 European startups, built over several years. Every week I check the hiring systems of 1,400+ of them and pick what goes on the board. No developer roles. If a company wants its role taken down, one email is enough.
