“This site is something that was really missing. The roles are updated often, and the selection is specific and narrowed down, which is a big plus.”
Edyta, newsletter reader (translated from Polish)
“Every Friday I learn more interesting and concrete things that make looking for a job much easier. The roles are interesting, varied and cover a wide range.”
Małgorzata, newsletter reader (translated from Polish)
Filip Gorgolewski

Filip Gorgolewski. Started at HSBC, then Revolut (FinCrime Team Lead) and Berlin fintechs. More than 7 years in fintech: I ran interviews, gave feedback and decided whom to hire for my teams. So for every role I write what I used to ask candidates about: what the company does, what it really expects and which languages it needs. The roles come from the hiring systems of 1,400+ startups (out of a database of 6,700 companies), so you don't spend hours on LinkedIn.

FAQ

Before you start: common questions

Where are these jobs based? Remote OK? +
You see every European role straight away. Narrow it down in Filters: country, work mode, required language and level. No UK: post-Brexit most companies don’t sponsor visas.
Do I need to speak English? +
Every role shows which languages it really needs, and the Language filter shows only the ones that fit you. You don't write a CV for a company that will ask on the first call about a language you don't speak. Today about half the roles need English only, about a third need German, some French or Polish.
How often do you refresh? +
New roles several times a week. Each listing stays up for 60 days at most, so you never scroll last month’s list. The best 5 go to the Friday newsletter first.
How much does it cost? +
Zero. Subscription is free and stays free. Companies pay for listings, not candidates. The newsletter itself has no ads.
What if no role fits this week? +
No two weeks are the same: new roles several times a week, the best 5 go to the Friday newsletter first. And if you want a list for your profile rather than for 2,700 people, order SCAN: role, country or remote, years of experience. Within 24 h you get live roles for your profile, usually 10–20, mostly ones that aren’t on the board. €39, fewer than 10 roles = money back.
How is this different from LinkedIn / AngelList / Wellfound? +
LinkedIn = an algorithm and lots of developer roles. AngelList/Wellfound = mostly engineering. Here you see only non-tech roles at startups, from small ones to larger tech companies, Poland, remote and DACH first, and each one tells you which language it needs.
I have 2 years of experience. Is this for me? +
Yes. Most roles are 1-5 years: Founders Associate, ops, customer success, marketing. Head / Director roles say so in the title. Use the Level filter, and the comment on each listing tells you who it’s for.
I can’t be bothered to browse. Is there another way? +
There is. At checkout you fill in three fields (role and years of experience, languages, city or remote), and you get a ready list without browsing. It covers the hiring systems of 1,400+ startups from my own database of 6,700, plus Polish career pages. The board shows ~150 roles; the 1,400+ startups I track have over 4,000 non-tech roles open this week. Within 24 h you get the ones for your profile: the 5 best with reasons and the rest in groups, usually 10–20, with links straight into the application forms. €39. If I can’t find at least 10, money back. Order a scan · €39 →
Listings come from publicly available career pages and applicant tracking systems. I write the short descriptions myself; I don't copy employers' ads. For most roles you apply directly with the employer. For roles marked “Hiring via WUS” your CV comes to me and I pass it only to that company, with your consent. I never charge candidates for a referral. Are you an employer who wants a listing removed? Email me and I remove it, no questions asked.
